1. Purpose and description of the service

These Terms of Sale govern the distance sale of paid subscriptions to the Flots application, purchased directly on the website https://flots.app. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use.

Flots is an organization app (tasks, calendar, notes and projects), accessible via the website and the iOS/Android mobile apps. Two subscription plans are offered:

  • Individual— unlimited tasks, notes and projects, personal assistant, web and mobile access (iOS & Android), automatic suggestions and smart notifications. Does not include sharing/assigning projects to multiple users or advanced support.
  • Organization — billed per user. Includes everything in the Individual plan, plus project sharing, assigning tasks to multiple users, and advanced customer support.

The full feature list of each plan is presented for informational purposes on the Pricing page; in case of discrepancy, the description above prevails.

2. Price

The prices below are stated exclusive of tax, in accordance with applicable billing rules. The tax-inclusive price, including French VAT at the applicable rate (20%), is shown in parentheses and is the price displayed to consumers on the Pricing page:

  • Monthly plan: €8 excl. tax / month (€9.60 incl. tax / month).
  • Annual plan: €86 excl. tax / year (€103.20 incl. tax / year).

Prices for the Organization plan are stated exclusive of tax; applicable VAT is added at billing time based on the customer's situation:

  • Monthly plan: €15 excl. tax / user / month.
  • Annual plan: €162 excl. tax / user / year (instead of €180 excl. tax, a 10% discount).

In case of discrepancy, the prices shown on the invoice issued at payment time prevail.

3. Payment and billing

Payments for subscriptions purchased on the website are processed by Paddle, acting as our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record): Paddle handles billing, VAT collection and remittance on the Editor's behalf, and appears as the merchant on your bank statement.

4. Duration and renewal

All paid plans include a one-year free trial: no payment is charged before it ends, and the customer may cancel at any time during this period at no cost. After the trial, subscriptions are purchased for a one-month or one-year term depending on the plan chosen, and are automatically renewed for an equivalent duration unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

5. Performance and access to the service

As the service is provided in dematerialized form, access to the subscribed features is activated immediately after payment is validated by Paddle, with no physical delivery delay.

6. Legal guarantees

Consumer customers benefit, under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code, from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq., applicable to digital content and services) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These legal guarantees apply in addition to, without replacing, the one-year free trial described in article 4 and the right of withdrawal described in article 7.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription. You may exercise this right via the site's contact form, using the standard withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement. As the service is entirely dematerialized, no physical goods need to be returned and no return shipping cost applies.

Details of the refund procedure are available on our Refund Policy page.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, in a self-service manner, via the subscription management link included in billing emails sent by Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is due outside the cases provided for in article 7.

9. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our customer service, French consumers have the right to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. We have designated CM2C (Centre de Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice) as the competent mediator.

CM2C can be reached electronically via www.cm2c.net or by post: CM2C — 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.

10. Contact

Any question regarding these Terms of Sale may be addressed via the site's contact form or to [email protected]. There is no dedicated phone line, so no premium-rate call cost applies.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution or one via the consumer mediator, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
